Ingredients: Golden St. Lucia sea moss, purified water, organic brown cane sugar, fruit puree, fresh fruit, ashwaghanda and ginger.
Dosage: Take 2 tablespsoons daily. Use a clean spoon for each tablespoon. DO NOT DOUBLE DIP!
